Shipping policy
All orders are managed by our headquarters in Newtown Square, PA and shipped via our specialized US partner warehouses.
Note that shipping charges are no refundable.
Free Shipping: All orders over $129 in value are eligible for free Economy and Standard Flat Rate Shipping.
Flat Rate Shipping: We offer flat rate Economy (2-7 days) and Standard (1-5 days) ground shipping on most products to the contiguous United States. Insurance is included in our flat rate shipping rates.
Freight forwarding: We are happy to ship to your US based freight forwarding company. Just enter their address as the shipping address and we will process as usual.
Orders shipping to AK, HI are exempt from Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping. All shipping methods are live Fedex Rates for Expedited Delivery Options and outside the 48 states. Some products cannot be shipped to these locations.
Processing Time: Orders received prior to 4 PM ET will be processed the same day . You will receive a tracking number as soon as your gear leaves our partner warehouses.
Shipping Methods: We primarily use USPS, UPS Ground and FedEx Home Delivery to ensure your equipment arrives safely.
Heavy, Oversized, and Fragile Items Items such as anchors, windlasses, battery banks, and lengths of chain are subject to specialized shipping requirements due to their weight and size.
- Freight Shipping: Items exceeding 70 lbs or requiring a pallet will ship via LTL Freight.
- Surcharges: Heavy items may incur a "Heavy Item Surcharge" at checkout. This helps us ensure your gear is crated and handled with the care it requires.
- Loading Docks: Please indicate if you have a loading dock or if you will need a liftgate at your residence or marina.
Hazardous Materials Lithium (LiFePO4) and Lead-Acid batteries are classified as Hazardous Materials as are certain paints, thinners and other products. These must ship via specialized ground freight and cannot be expedited or shipped via air.
